The Ingenieursozietät Bauen (office for civil engineering) was found in mai 1997 as a society of civil rights (hence GbR.). The management of the office is done by
Hans Bauer, Schillerstr. 30, D-73072 Donzdorf (Germany).

Organization

Choosing the "society of civil rights" exhibits the special responsibility we offer to our clients. We put our resistance against the usual way of limiting liability, including private demands.

Liability

Because of the large scale and international orientation of many of our projects we decided to increase the liability several times compared to other offices and to offer worldwide coverage (without USA/Kanada and without the french decennale). The limit liability of the office is

• 5.0 Mio. EUR for personal damage
• 1.5 Mio. EUR for material damage
